I attended my first family constellations workshop lead by Tobey Burton. I had no idea what to expect. What I found and experienced was a skilled, in-tuned, kind, perceptive workshop facilitator. Tobey assisted a group of people who had just met, into a group that actively processed and meaningfully explored any family dynamic a group member chose to work on. The process was quite creative. It offered an opportunity and space for changes in perception to occur about family members and offered some new insights into family dynamics. It provided a path forward, in not only how one could perceive their family (or family member) but also relate to them in a new or different way.
